Safer Internet Day 2022

We’ve really enjoyed this year’s theme, learning all about keeping ourselves safe online, especially when playing online games and being respectful to others when playing games.

We’ve looked at what personal information is; keeping strong passwords safe; what to do if we hear or see things that upset us, as well as an enjoyable visit from the police who were able to give us more information and answer questions that we had.

KS1 Computing Club 2021-2022

Our Key Stage 1 children are really enjoying Computing Club. We have been developing our I.T skills on the desktop computers, as well as working on our coding skills.

Check out our photo gallery to see us coding the Bbots, and using them to draw shapes.

Safer Internet Day 2021

The children, both in school and at home, took part in Safer Internet Day on the 9th Feb 2021.

As usual, they were actively engaged in all our discussions, and produced some great work. Here are just a few examples.

Google: Be Internet Legends

On Monday 2nd March 2020, all of KS2 took part in the Google: Be Internet Legends road show.

This helped to support our on-going learning of Online Safety. We had great fun learning how we can empower ourselves to use the Internet safely and wisely so that we can become confident explorers of the online world.
