Public Speaking

On Tuesday two Y6 children represented Bishop Martin in the SHARES Public Speaking Event at Our Lady Queen of Peace. They both prepared speeches based on this year's subject ‘How can we help to prevent pollution in Skelmersdale?’.

Both children wrote and delivered fantastic speeches to lots of other local schools and to the Mayor and his Deputy!
The speeches were full of interesting facts and read with such confidence!
